Trust influences behavior and, ultimately, business outcomes.
In our study, which included hundreds of thousands of customers and employees from over 500 organizations across 30 industries. We quantified the role of trust in driving a wide range of positive behaviors.
Employees that are trusted are more driven to work, absenteeism is reduced, and they are less inclined to change jobs. Customers who have faith in a brand are more inclined to recommend it, buy from it again, and prefer it over rivals.
High environmental standards are followed during the production, packaging, shipping, use, and disposal of eco-friendly products. Third-party groups regularly verify these products so they can substantiate their sustainability claims.
